ProSource provides preventative maintenance and repair tasks functions for the equipment, utility systems, and facility operations & maintenance at the Veteran’s Hospitals located in St. Albans and Brooklyn, NY campuses and the East Orange and Lyons campuses in NJ. ProSource partnered with MSS to provide credentialed Fire Alarm/Sprinkler Technicians for the James Forrestal Building and the Germantown campus that serve as the main headquarters facilities for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). ProSource performs minor alterations of the Life, Fire and Safety Systems.

DHS BORDER PATROL STATIONS
The General Services Administration (GSA) contracted ProSource Consulting to provide consolidated facility management services for their tenant the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington State. This contract encompasses the facility management, operation, and maintenance support services for five facilities on the U.S./Canadian border.
ProSource supports GSA/NOAA by providing full building maintenance and management services; which includes, but is not limited to: operation and maintenance, repairs and alterations, fire alarm and fire suppression systems and protection services, elevator/escalator maintenance services, emergency generators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, building automation systems, security and the architectural and structural condition of the facility.
ProSource partnered with Centerra to provide operation and maintenance to the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center. Our partnership services include, but are not limited to the following:
ProSource supports GSA-Region 2 by providing facilities management services via our highly skilled property managers. Our managers work across 11 field offices which encompass (43) federally-owned facilities and (572) leased locations with the region. Region 2 covers all of New York State, Northern New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
